Proposed budget/Faith Foundation

Flowchart of the congregation was developed by the council as a goal from our retreats with Bishop Last in 2008 and 2009. It was approved at the special congregational meeting on Sunday, September 27, 2009. Please feel free to check it out.  Flowchart.pdf

At the September 9th meeting of the congregational council the council moved to accept the following changes to the Constitutional Continuing Resolutions. To change a continuing resolution you need a ¾ vote of the whole Congregational Council. You may read them at this link. Continuing resolutions.pdf

In our prayers:                                  God has given us a wonderful gift, which is the gift of prayer. We are invited to pray for those whom we know and those whom we have not met. Prayer changes lives and you can be a part of that change. Please remember the following in your prayers; Viola Baker, Marie Berg, Katherine Bergren, Betty Pope, Fran Johnson, Mary Ellen Carlson, John and Margaret Hubiak, Eleanor Peterson, Ruth Moeller, Vivian Stockwell, Carrol and Claudia Olson, Jana Winquist, Ardie Buller's mother who suffered a stroke, Audrey Berthelsen (Deb Aldag’s mom), Doris Bieber (James' grandmother), James Lawton (Kristan Beiber's dad and James grandpa), Diane Hemer, for our graduates as they complete their education either high school, technical school or college,for Clayton Neumann and Melinda Siskoff, Adam Mickelson and Renee  who will join their lives together on during April, the Western Iowa Synod as we prepare for the synod assembly, the ELCA members and congregations, Presiding Bishop Mark Hanson, Bishop Michael Last and all bishops of the ELCA, those serving in the military, and all who ask for our prayers.
